This Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is processed when you use local-app.it, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR").

We collect one piece of personal data: the email address you voluntarily enter in the waitlist form.
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs. Links to our Instagram and TikTok profiles are plain hyperlinks — no data is transmitted to those services unless you visit them.
Your email is used solely to notify you when the Local app launches. We will not use it for any other purpose, sell it to third parties, or send any other communications.
The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you check the consent box and submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We retain your email until the app launches, plus 30 days. After that period, all collected addresses are permanently deleted.
Under Arts. 15–21 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent — all by writing to support@local-app.it. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Providing your email is entirely optional. Not doing so simply means you won't receive a launch notification.
Any updates will be published on this page with a new date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect.
